Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TermuxUS iOS application ("the App") provided by TermuxUS ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Rent, lease, loan, sell, or sublicense the App.
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the App to access systems without authorization.
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or infrastructure.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. SSH Connections & Server Access

TermuxUS provides SSH terminal functionality to connect to remote servers. You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have proper authorization to access any servers you connect to.
  • Maintaining the security of your SSH credentials and private keys.
  • Complying with the terms of service of any servers or services you access.
  • Any actions performed through SSH connections established using the App.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by TermuxUS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Updates & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERMUXUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY SSH CONNECTIONS MADE THROUGH THE APP.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately end.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
